Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Kasnia Sports

At Kasnia Sports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy return, refund, and cancellation options under the terms outlined below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Note: For hygiene and personalization reasons, returns are not applicable on innerwear, socks, or customized sports gear.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@kasniasports.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Share your order number, product name, and reason for return

  3. Our team will review the request and share return instructions

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes inspection

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kasniasports.com

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers

  • Customized, personalized, or special-edition products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Used or damaged items not caused during shipping


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for size-related issues or manufacturing defects and are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
